InsideOut Institute

More than one million Australians are living with an eating disorder — yet the illness remains largely hidden, carrying a stigma that too often stands in the way of seeking help. When InsideOut Institute, Australia's first national centre for eating disorder research and treatment, needed a new name and brand identity, visibility was everything.

The new brand is deliberately bold and high impact — designed to cut through and spark the public awareness and open conversation that tackling the highest mortality rate of any mental illness demands. Every creative decision was made in service of that mission.

The InsideOut identity celebrates the path to wellness, embracing the idea of looking inward and outward at once — working collaboratively with individuals and across the sector to rethink what treatment can look like, and what a healthy mind and body can mean. It is a brand built not just to be seen, but to inspire change.
