2023 ArchiTeam Awards
The ArchiTeam Awards have been celebrating the best of Australia's small and medium architecture practices for sixteen years — and for this milestone edition, we decided the occasion called for something a little more indulgent. We delved into the colourful world of cake decoration to build a campaign as celebratory as the achievements it honours.
Bespoke illustrations were created for each award category, drawing on the rich visual language of confectionery — saturated colour, lavish texture, and bold, unexpected combinations that bring a sense of joy and occasion to the identity. The result is a campaign that wears its sweet sixteenth with pride, as layered and considered as the innovative design work it puts on display.
