Online safety for the festive season

Online safety for the festive season

#online safety #animation

New work from the Design Democracy studio — and a project perfectly timed to launch during the busiest shopping period of the year. We have been working closely with the team at the Department of Government Services on a seasonal online safety campaign targeting Victorian shoppers during the Christmas and New Year period — a time when online threats are at their most prevalent and the need for clear, accessible guidance is greatest.

Together we developed a new suite of animated digital assets designed to cut through the noise of the festive season — delivering timely, easy-to-understand safety messages to shoppers when and where they need them most. The work builds on our ongoing collaboration with the Department, bringing the same friendly, empowering tone that has defined the broader cyber safety campaign to a new and seasonally relevant audience.

We are looking forward to seeing the campaign out in the world over the coming months — and to helping keep Victorians a little safer online this summer.
