Last night marked the launch of the ArchiTeam Awards. This year's creative was shaped by a significant milestone — the inaugural Heritage Award, sponsored by the National Trust, celebrating projects that sensitively restore, adapt, or honour the architectural legacy of our built environment.
To bring that spirit to life, we turned to steampunk — a retro-futuristic genre that fuses 19th-century Victorian aesthetics with forward-looking imagination. The result is a campaign identity that layers historical references with an adventurous, anachronistic energy, and it was wonderful to see it filling the venue with heritage-inspired architectural joy.
We have partnered with the ArchiTeam Awards since 2019, and it remains one of the projects we look forward to each year. There is something special about work that celebrates the people shaping the built environment around us. Congratulations to all of this year's winners!
