Ladder is an independent not-for-profit organisation with a clear and vital mission — to help young people break the cycle of homelessness and find a way forward. When we were asked to bring that mission to life within their housing and support services, we knew the work needed to do more than decorate a space.

Working in close collaboration with the young people living at Ladder, we developed wall graphics and inspirational messaging that speak directly to their strengths and the possibilities ahead of them. Every word and every image was shaped with their voices in mind — friendly, welcoming, and deliberately focused on what they can achieve rather than what they have been through.
